Proteus currently operates three aircraft. Two Piper Cherokee Archers and one Piper Cherokee Warrior. All are kept in peak condition, with not only 100 hour and annual inspections are required by law, but also regular 50 hour inspections. Our aircraft are all maintained by the best mechanic available and we take aircraft maintenance very seriously. We never postpone maintenance, all problems are treated with the same attention until it is resolved.
All aircraft are IFR equipped with IFR approach approved GNS 430 GPS units, at least one glideslope, marker beacons, 4-place hardwired intercoms, and transponders.
Our aircraft are equipped similarly in a similar layout, and have similar performance characteristics. This means fleet standardization. The benefit is that even if the aircraft you had hoped to fly is unavailable, you can take one of our other aircraft and take solace knowing it will be only a minor inconvenience.
On each aircraft's page you'll find a short description, V speeds, aircraft equipment, an image so you can see the splendor. On our downloads page we offer an information packet with select performance charts and weight and balance information.
